Birds!

Sorry for the large post...birds are starting to migrate north!  One would think this was the East Coast, not the middle of the country with the shore birds that are here:

Avocets:

White Pelicans:

 Without the mountains, one would think they were on the coast

Heron: (he looks so much warmer now, then he did a few months ago!)

Yellow headed Blackbirds:

I also saw an Eagle, grebes, swans, lots of different ducks (can't recognize them), coots, red-winged blackbirds and harriers
